How to Take BellyFlush: Dose, Timing and Length of Use
Take two capsules 20 to 30 minutes before bed with 8 oz of water.
One bottle holds 60 capsules, so it lasts thirty nights. Over-the-counter senna labels say not to use laxatives longer than 1 week unless a doctor says so.
01
The instruction, and where it comes from
Two capsules, 20–30 minutes before bed, with 8 oz of water.
That comes from the written pack. It is not a label instruction, because no label text beyond the front of the bottle was supplied.
One bottle is 60 capsules, so one bottle is thirty nights. That division is right and the seller prints it.
How many nights in total is not stated anywhere.
02
The duration question
This site is not telling you that BellyFlush must be taken for no more than a week. It is not a drug, the one-week warning belongs to the OTC drug labels, and this product's own instructions say nothing at all. That silence is the point: the comparable thing on a pharmacy shelf bounds itself, and this does not.
If you intend to take it for longer than a week, the sentence on the pharmacy label tells you what to do about that: unless directed by a doctor.
Which means asking one.

Four things that help
- 1
Drink the water the pack specifies
8 oz with the dose. Fluid matters more with this class of product than with most.
- 2
Start on a night you are not out the next morning
A stimulant laxative acts in roughly six to twelve hours. One supplied review says the first week was
too much.
- 3
Write the first night on the bottle
Because nothing else is counting the nights, and the comparable over-the-counter products are labelled for seven.
- 4
Do not double up to catch up
Nothing supplied says what two servings would do, which is the reason not to find out.

The first three ingredients are stimulant laxatives, and every US over-the-counter senna label warns do not use laxative products for longer than 1 week.

When to stop
- Rectal bleeding. That is the standard stop-use instruction for this class, and it means a doctor.
- No bowel movement at all after taking a laxative. The same instruction, for the same reason:
these may indicate a serious condition.
- Cramping that is more than mild, or that does not settle.
- Any new symptom you would not have put up with before you started.
- Any sign of dehydration, which matters more here than with most supplements.

Four things to settle before you pay
Three packs were supplied with prices: $59, $49 and $33 a bottle. The things below are the ones a price does not settle.

- 01Know that the first three ingredients are laxatives
Cascara sagrada, cape aloe and senna, in that order, open this formula. Nothing on the front of the bottle says so. If you were buying this for
gut support
rather than for a laxative effect, that is the fact to have before you pay. - 02Ask for a photograph of the back of the bottle
A Supplement Facts panel is printed on the back of every dietary supplement sold in the US. Without it you cannot know the serving size, any amount, whether the eleven sit in a blend, or what the capsule shell is made of. The order desk is on +1 (800) 390-6035.
- 03Ask what the sennoside content is
That is the figure an over-the-counter senna laxative is required to declare — a US label says
Sennosides 8.6 mg
per tablet. This product declares nothing. It is the single most useful number nobody has. - 04Count the nights against the one-week warning
Every OTC senna label in the US warns
do not use laxative products for longer than 1 week, unless directed by a doctor
. The 6-bottle pack is 180 nights. If you intend to take it for longer than a week, that is theunless directed by a doctor
clause, and it means asking one.
